Anyone have a good reference on the synthesis of Palladium (II) acetate?

I've had good luck with wikipedia for synthesis information.

This will help you out.

This wikipedia entry for the synthesis/prepartion of a chemical is kind of small though. I hope I helped a little.

Palladium acetate can be easily made from metallic palladium using acetic acids and enough HNO3 as an oxidizer. This reaction is analogous to dissolving lead in acetic acid or silver in KCN solution but in the later cases O2 acts as an oxidizer.
