I am taking acetone (about 1mL) in a sealed glass bottle and hoping it will turn into gas. How do I ensure that the pressure inside the bottle is at 1 atm? Shall I stick an empty syringe at the top of the bottle? Will that be enough? Any other ideas would be appreciated.

Was this bottle already full of air at 1 atm before you sealed it? If so, can the complete pressure on the bottle be at 1 atm, wit additional vaporized acetone?
