Hi guys .

Please i want any chemical information about injector cleaners spray .
I have the line of spray maker machines but i need chemical information about injector cleaner spray .
I searched in the internet some of those contains this :

Distillates, hydrotreated light < 50 &#37;weight Aka: Paint thinner(oil based)
Stoddard solvent < 35 %weight Aka: dry clean solvent, white solvent
Solvent naphtha, light aromatic 5 - 10 %weight : zippo lighter fluid
Benzene, 1,2,4-trimethyl- 95-63-6 1 - 5 %weight : powerful toxic solvent
Xylene , powerful solvent

Now how u can help me to make a powerful injector cleaner spray . Any informations can help .

Hi Farhad0098!

The composition you give is pretty much everything needed to make the spray, except that the names vary, and that some commercial liquids may already contain a mix of several lines in your analysis.

It's essentially a mix of components of mineral oil with limited processing. More or less white spirit mixed with naphthenic oil distillate.

Don't worry too much about the toxicity of 1,2,4-trimethylbenzene, which is not benzene. Similar toxicity to xylene. The "light aromatic naphtha" may contain less healthy compounds, about as toxic as gasoline or Diesel oil, so don't spend all your day with the nose over it.
