Hi all
I want to know how methionine aminopeptidase-2 can cause cancer (and also obesity :o) in the absence of its inhibitors. Is there any website to find these kinds of information?
 In brief it is very interesting to me that how a target (receptor) can cause two kinds of different problem for human

Rather than any one website, I suggest using PubMed, which is a biochemistry/medicine-related literature search engine.  You can choose to limit the search to review articles, or to articles that are publicly available without a subscription to the journal, for example.
