Title: Need help with bioplastic project

I did some research and I only have these questions:

How do I extract ovalbumin from egg whites?
How would I prepare coffee grounds to use as a bioplastic?
Is it better to add glycerol after I mixed water and agar or together with the water and agar?
How do I sonicate eggshells to turn them into eggshell nanoparticles?
