Say, the atomic weight of O,15.999, is written in the periodic table. What should I consider the weights of elements in the periodic table gram or amu? I am confused.

If you talk about 1 mol O then its 15,999 g. If talk about 1 atom O then its 15,999 amu. Tell what is the conection factor between both numbers?

Gram/mole = amu/atom

Check definition of mole and also Avogrodo number and calculate the factor.
