I work in an industry that uses Alkaline cleaner to break down grease deposits. The grease that is broken down is mixed with a large volume of water. Is there a way to chemically reverse this process (quickly) to then solidify the grease, once the water and grease mixture is contained?
Any guidance is appreciated!
