Title: Spectrophotometry Standards
Post by: walker8476 on February 01, 2019, 07:29:24 PM
If I want to find the concentration of say Chromium in a water sample via spectrophotometry, how would I determine what concentration to make the standards?

You have to know in which range you expect the concentration. µg, mg, g, etc. per liter.  In this range you prepare your standards.
