I have read that energetic ball milling has a similar effect of heating a material, and that when the particles collide, there may be some extremely small areas that reach into the thousands of degrees.
If a mixture of bone ash, charcoal, and sand was vigorously ball milled in an inert gas, would it make elemental phosphorus? Would ball milling sand and Bone Ash make phosphorus oxides? If you make a water slurry of sand and Bone Ash , then send extremely powerful ultrasound into it, would it make some phosphoric acid?
