Title: How to properly measure uncertainty in pH experiments?

I’m doing an experiment and I want to make sure I’ve calculated all the uncertainty I can.

I’m essentially changing the pH of milk by reacting it with lipase. The fats break into fatty acids and get neutralized by a base, overall lowering the pH.

I’m using a pH probe and I can find it’s uncertainty and include it with every piece of data it collects.

What I’m wondering is whether it’s possible to add other uncertainties like the measurement of the milk sample in the uncertainty of the pH.

So I can apply other uncertainties to my data right?
