Look at the picture I attached, according to IR spectrum there are C=O and 0-H bond at 1705 cm–1 and 3450 cm–1 respectively, but there are many peaks on the spectrum, what do they indicate?

You'll never be able to assign all them them definitively. Many of them correspond to various C-H stretches, bends, and rocking motions. You'll also have some absorptions related to C-O stretches and bends, and some C-C motions as well.

The C-H stretches around 2950 can be somewhat well assigned, but after that it gets pretty difficult.
