Title: Hi, Can someone lend a hand with this? Stoichiometry.
Post by: Shaz.ash on April 01, 2019, 09:37:25 PM
Hey, I need help answering these questions;
The molar compositions of a continuous reactor effluent of a green chemical process is assessed and the results are summarized in Table 1.

Table 1. Reactor Operating Conditions
Species                                          Molar Composition %
Formic Acid                                                   30
Leuvulinic Acid                                               28
Glucose                                                         17
Hydroximethylfurfural                                     25
Total                                                            100

Task 1.1 (Literature review-analysis.
(i) Write the chemical formula of the species listed in Table 1.
(ii) Stoichiometric Analysis (Applying the metrix reduction technique)

Task 1.2 Result and Discussion
(i) Write the Proposed Balanced Stochimetry
(ii) Results and Discussions.
