Title: How to find which coordination compound has higher conductivity?
Post by: AussieKenDoll on April 06, 2019, 11:46:07 PM
Which compound has a higher conductivity? [CrCl2(OH2)4]Cl.2H2O or [Cr(OH2)6]Cl3
I do not have an idea of how to find it!

Which compound has more anions outside the square brackets? (in the coordination compounds all groups within square brackets are covalently bonded)

Thanks! [Cr(OH2)6]Cl3 has the higher conductivity.
