Title: Find dissolved salt in water after neutralization reaction.

NaHCO3           +       HC2H3O2       →    NaC2H3O2 + H2O + CO2

I have to figure out a way to maximize the percentage yield of NaC2H3O2 after choosing my own quantities of the reactants. How can I find out the experimental yield since it will dissolve in water? I have to make an experiment but I don't know how I can find out the moles of the dissolved quantities.

First of all, balance this reaction. Then you can calculate stoichiometry with limiting reagent.

Acetic acid is usually written as CH3COOH. From the first sight, I treated it as oxalic acid.
The reaction is as 1:1 in moles. Stoichiometric calculations are very simple.
