Title: Qualities for synthetic chemist working at Contract Research Organization (CRO)

I think I will be working as an organic synthetic chemist in contract research services.

My question is: Assume you are the hiring manager or team manager for the synthetic chemist team, what qualities do you think are the most essential/desirable in your team member?
