Look all correct to me.  The only one I'm not sure about is #6, but I have no better suggestions for the answer since it seems a bit ambiguous.

Look all correct to me.  The only one I'm not sure about is #6, but I have no better suggestions for the answer since it seems a bit ambiguous.

Agreed.  Catalysis is commonly represented by chemical symbol such as Pd. or Pt. but the answer may be as simple at writing Cat. over the arrow which is often shorthand in biocatalyzed reactions.

be oxidation since

1. Oyxgen is added to Magnesium

and more importantly

2. Magnesium is oxidized to Mg2+ by the loss of

You are right about the oxidation, but the question most likely asks to classify the reaction as either synthesis, analysis, replacement or double replacement.
