PPM question
« on: April 19, 2010, 08:04:51 PM »
Hi,
I'm a little confused as to how to calculate the concentration for this problem and I think I am overthinking this problem.

What is the concentration of manganese (in ppm) that utilizes 1 mL of 1000 ppm stock solution of Manganese. Solve for 3mL and 5mL as well.

So would the concentration simply be 1 ppm, 3 ppm, and 5 ppm respectively or am I missing something here?

Thank you for any help provided.

I guess you are also given some final volume?
