Assume that the reaction between 0.5988 g Mg(s) and 59.9 mL HCl has a temperature change of 21.3 ° C. What is the value of qsurr?

If you react 1.945 g of MgO with 60.1 mL 4M HCl, and calculate qsurr to be 6.378 kJ, what is DeltaHrxn?

Maybe useful info
2 M HCl: specific heat: 4.046 J/g°C
density: 1.043 g/mL
4 M HCl: specific heat: 3.926 J/g°C
density: 1.076 g/mL
The heat of formation for H2O(l) is -285.8 kJ/mol.

Been working on this a while now and am not sure what equations to use I think the bottom one is delta h = q/moles

Ok i solved the top one = 5.44kj/mol
but i still really need help on the bottom question

Write the balanced equation for MgO and HCl. You need to know the number of moles of the limiting reactant.
