Redox or Acid-base?

[Ti(Cp)2Cl2] + [Ni(NH3)6]2+ :rarrow: [Ti(Cp)2Cl(NH3)]+ + [NiCl(NH3)5]+

Is this acid-base or redox? The metal centres have the same ox. states the whole way through, but the complexes charge changes...
