classic passerini reaction
« on: October 15, 2013, 03:33:39 AM »
hi all
I am searching for different methods for alpha-acyloxyamide synthesis (the reaction btw aldehyde+benzoic acid and cyclohexyl isocyanide) but I have found few ones. I am sure the number of works must be more than 2 or 3 that I have found. do you know any paper in this field?

There are a couple of reviews, at e.g. http://dx.doi.org/10.1002/0471264180.or065.01 and Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. Engl. 2000, 39, 3168–3210 Are these of any use?
