Electrolysis (Hydrogen)
« on: April 21, 2009, 08:53:07 PM »
Hi, I have a simple question for you...  ;D
I'm wondering what can be the actual amount of Hydrogen that  can be produce by a very good electrolyser (low cost) used in chemical labs, and what is the actual (average) of energy (watt per hour) that this device is using ?

Tks Charlie

Hi,

From spending time on this forum, i can tell you that their policy is not to do the work for you, but lend a hand here and there. So i think it would be best if you start the question, write down what you already know and then they will be able to guide you.

I've got some more bad news for you, Charlie123:, your question is not very simple.  "a very good electrolyser" is not a quantitative description, but then you ask for actual energy, which is a quantitative answer.  Your question is too general for a meaningful answer.
Hey, I'm not judging.  I just like to shoot straight.  I'm a man of science.
