Hello!

Could you please help me with chemical reaction?
Which reaction occurs if 6-Bromo-2-naphthoic acid (powder) will be added into acetonitrile? It will be something similiar as esterification or not?

I am not certain of the answer.  Why do you think that it might be an esterification?
