If you know any labs or process's a Canadian Highschool student can carry out (with high school level instruments) to determine the Concentration of Vitamin A, please email me!

I guess it would depend what you are extracting it from. Is it already in solution or is a fruit?

It can be tested in blood samples and I don't think High School can provide instruments to test vitamin A level in blood.
