« on: August 21, 2019, 12:17:38 PM »
Hi.

Usually,a white vinegar can be used to clean a light limescales from surfaces.I have a sticky silicone pad, which has some limescales on it(it is located in the shower). Can i use household white vinegar to remove the limescales without have a concern that it might damage the pad, degrade the effect of its stickness etc.An hanger is cling to it,but it still collect some limescale.

Thanks.

If something is not clear in my question or i need to
add more information, please let me know.
I don't know what this sticky pad made of,besides that it made of silicone and it is sticky both sides.
Also, there isn't alot information about that item, besides some in wikipedia(sticky pad),but it didn't help me and it seems that it is talking about pad that preventing slides, while my sticky silicone is adhere very good from both sides to anything and not just prevent from sliding.
I will be happy for a chemist help.
