Is the order of nitrogen source consumption by yeast the same regardless of subs

I’m reading a paper by Crépin et al in an attempt to understand nitrogen assimilation. Would the order in which amino acids are consumed in wine fermentation be the same as in beer fermentation? I understand the sources of nitrogen are different but will the cell take the AA’s up in the order discussed in this paper if grown on wort or molasses say?
