Plug flow reactor with first order kinetics and a time series of temperatures

I am trying to simulate the treatment of a contaminant within a plug flow reactor. The removal rate of the contaminant follows first order kinetic. The retention time within the reactor is split into n intervals which each have their own associated temperatures. The removal rate is adjusted using the arrhenius constant. What equation should I be using?
