Hello!! I am trying to help out a friend with honey analysis. I am stuck to the electrical conductivity. Everything that i have found says that i need to dilute 20g of dried Honey in 100 ml water. How do i dry honey? Or should i calculate the water content of honey?Thanks in advance!!
