Equivalence point in different solvents
« on: October 02, 2019, 10:33:46 AM »
We had to titrate nicotine in water with perchloric acid and afterwards we had to titrate nicotine in acetic acid with acid anhydride. But will the equivalence point be the same if n(nicotine) is the same for both titrations and n(perchloric acid) is the same for both titrations or will the equivalence point be influenced by the leveling effect?
