How much Chemical energy is stored in butter?
« on: October 03, 2019, 12:24:17 PM »
I've been tasked with finding the amount of chemical energy stored in butter. I've thought about it and came up with nothing. Any ideas?

Triglyceride esters of fatty acids. Thanks for the pointer, but I'm still not sure what to do with it as a next step. Thanks so much for the help thus far.
