I've been tasked with finding the amount of chemical energy stored in butter. I've thought about it and came up with nothing. Any ideas?

Looks like it's mainly butterfat:
Triglyceride esters of fatty acids. Thanks for the pointer, but I'm still not sure what to do with it as a next step. Thanks so much for the help thus far.
