« on: November 13, 2019, 03:40:50 AM »
A 12mg monocarboxylic acid contain only C H O, burned and resulted in 17.6   CO2 7.20 mg H2O
I found that weight of C is 4.8 mg  H2 is 0.8 mg and O 6.4 mg
I get the compound is CH2O
But the molecular weight isnt 30, the answer isnt 30. Why?
