Today I was tasked with the determination of the Hydrogen Peroxide permeated trough a membrane, I had a reading of my redox electrode at 356 mV at the beginning of the process (so H202 concentration was 0) and half an hour later I read 411 mV.

How do I calculate how much Hydrogen Peroxide I have after this 30 minutes?eed

I think you have to calibrate first. Do some make up of known concentration of Peroxide and read the mV with the ORP and develop a curve concentration to mV.
Later in your experiment you can compare the readings.
