Question on Phosphoric Acid dilution and neutralization.

I have 85% food grade phosphoric acid and need expert advice on safely diluting and neutralizing it down to the strength of lemon juice. Here is a product that achieves that using distilled water salts and minerals: (link removed)
Anyone confident on an approach?

It is not clear what that means. Strength of an acid typically means "how easily the acid dissociates" - but then it is a property of an acid that doesn't change with the dilution. Dilution will make the acid less concentrated and will raise solution pH (the latter can be also done with neutralization), but technically it doesn't make the acid any weaker.
