Does [Cr (C6H6) 2] follows Ean rule?

For me I don't think that it follows the Ean rule but my teacher says it follows, can you give a proper explanation for this question.

It does. Chromium0 has [Ar]3d54s1 configuration and the two benzene supply 12 electrons so in sum it is 18 electrons what gives  a stable complex.
