Equilibrium Question
« on: February 06, 2020, 09:20:41 AM »
A container initially holds an unknown amount of NO2. If Kp is 6.67 x 10-5 at 530°C and the equilibrium pressure of nitrogen monoxide is 0.021 atm. What is the initial pressure of NO2 in the container before equilibrium is established? What is the Kc value for this Kp value. The equilibrium that is established is:

2NO2(g) ⇌ 2NO(g) + O2(g)
