How to make arginine bicarbonate

I’m seeking information as to how to make arginine bicarbonate. If I purchase L-arginine and mix it as a solution with bicarbonate of soda would that create arginine bicarbonate?  Thanks for any help on this!

Which Ion?  Probably its possible to blow CO2 trough a solutin of arginine.
