How to make 5 wt% Nafion from 10 wt%

Hello,

I was wondering if someone could help with making 20mL of 5 wt% Nafion from a 10 wt% solution.
This is the Nafion solution that we purchased https://www.sigmaaldrich.com/catalog/product/aldrich/527106?lang=en&region=US.
