I need help on how you do this prob. ok here it is:

If a round ballon has a radius of 10cm at 273 K. What will be the radius of 373 K?

Use P1V1=P2V2 formulae and you will able to do it.And everytime you post a question show us that you have atleast attempted the problem.

Not quite. The pressure is constant. So Use:
V1/T1 = V2/T2
For the volumes, you have to substitute the volume expression for spheres:
(4/3)(pi)r3
