EXACTLY how much baking soda and vinegar will you need to FULLY fill a ziplock bag up without popping it or it being deflated?

I am really confused. That is all our teacher told us and he said that we need to be prepared with a procedure for a lab tomorrow. I know it deals with stoichiometry but don't know where to go from there. We know we can find the volume of the bag by filling it with water and emptying the water into a beaker.

WHAT DO I DO NEXT? help greatly appreciated!

The Ziploc bag is 1 quart.

I got this formula-
HC2H3O2+NaHCO3------>NaC2H3O2+H20+CO2

atomic masses:
CH3COOH - 60.05
NaHCO3 - 84.06
CO2 - 44.01
H2O - 18.02
NaCH3COO - 82.25

THANKS IN ADVANCE!!! ???

HC2H3O2+NaHCO3------>NaC2H3O2+H20+CO2

Hint: add states to all substances. NaHCO3 is a solid, H2O is a liquid, so they should be marked NaHCO3(s) and H2O(l). What about others? What will be filling the bag?

Are these atoms, or molecules? Are these atomic masses, or something else?

EDIT fixed typo from previous post (The O was missing in the water)
CORRECTED
 ... so they should be marked NaHCO3(s) and H2O(l) ...

NOT
... so they should be marked NaHCO3(s) and H2(l) ...
