finding relible method for hydroxylation

hi,
i want to do hydroxylation of 3-bromo-4,5-methylenedioxybenzaldehyde.
can anybody suggest me reliable method. i tried two methods. i will give references of these methods
1)Jacob Peyton and et al, Synth.Commun. 11,12,1981,969-978.
2)Achintya k. Sinhababu and et al, JOC, Vol.48,No.12, 1983,1941-1944.
by using first reference i got low yield around 25% and second reference didn't give required product.
so anybody can give me any right method with good yield to get desired product.
