How to soften a particular protein
« on: January 23, 2020, 01:26:32 PM »
Say we want to soften a single protein how do we do it?

Plus, if our protein is contained in a medium with other proteins, how can we protect against the degradation of the overall medium content?

Thanks

I realize that this is an old comment, but can you explain what is meant by soften?

Research excipients to find out which ones may work because there is a lot of trial and error.
