Reactant without a Solvent Lab Help

I provided this link that shows all my work. I am just confused because I got a percent yield of 115% and am not sure if my calculations are correct. I have the lab description and what I have in LabFlow. Also if it is correct is the high percentage due to impurities in the precipitate? Would apprecitate and help, thank you!

I think you have moisture in the product.
