What happens in this reaction?

sharbeldam:
SnCl2 reduces the nitro group into NH2.

I tried  doing the retro diels alder after but it doesnt get to the pyridine ring.
Please anyone? how do we get to the product?

When confronted with a problem like this, I sometimes count carbon atoms and assign oxidation numbers.
