Genamin La 302 -how to deactivate?

Hi
I’m a newbe
I have got some empty mauzer tanks.
On the bottom there is a trace of previous liquid /GENAMIN LA 302/
No one can help me with cleaning these containers. I’m afraid of contaminating the enviroment or damage my health. What should I do?
