There is a fluxional molecule which has two Cp complex , at room temperature ,two Cp rotate around the Metal center. so only two proton resonances observed.

Does that mean there we detect two signals or what does that two proton resonances detected means?
Simply I am asking if proton resonance = signals observed ?
