Ferric chloride test for alcohol

hello guys, does anyone know what's the color produced when glycerol undergo to ferric chloride test? for identification of phenol structure. help me pls :c

Ferric cholride works only with phenoles. Glycerol is no phenol there is no specific colour, probably yellow-red.
