I got rid of my needed product in lab
« on: September 02, 2020, 11:26:05 AM »
This is my third semester of chemistry (first semester of OChem) and we were supposed to get a certain product from heating an acid, which I did just fine. The only problem is that we need that same product for the next lab, and I accidentally cleaned out the vial it was in halfway before I remembered that I still need it. This is the first time I've screwed up in a year and a half of lab, and I have no clue what to do.

Talk to your TA or professor. You may be permitted to redo the expt.
