NMR video question
« on: September 28, 2020, 02:05:34 AM »

(video is short and can easily by sped up)

He mentions how the resonance of certain structures (quite literally "circulating" electrons) is responsible for diamagnetic anisotrophy. Something tells me this isn't right as "circulating electrons" isn't quite right. Wouldn't any diamagnetic effects be a result of spin rather than the mechanical "circulation of electrons"?
