What is the relationship between these two chair conformations?

Alright, my current answer is C.

Both compounds have chiral centers at C1 and C2, but only one of them changes in orientation when you compare the two compounds, meaning that they are diastereomers, correct? Hopefully.

I think that your answer is correct, but I am not entirely certain about your reasoning.  When you say orientation, do you mean confirmation or configuration?  Which carbon changes?
