COH4 disolved in water

want to make sure i have this right. Question is write the formula of the ions that are present if any when the following are disolved in water.  COH4 not sure if i'm thinking about this correctly.  all I can come up wiht is H+ and HCO3- but the euation doesn't seem to balance.  Is there a polyatomic ion i'm missing? Thanks for the help.

Start by drawing the correct molecular structure for your chemical compound.
