I made copper acetate for an experiment. My question is why this turns blue? I think there are the hydrated ions.

to be honest i had no idea. I don't really know what determines the color. maybe you can explain?

After a few years of studying chemistry and you will begin to understand (this is advanced inorganic chemistry).
For now, check out Wikipedia.
Anhydrous Cu(OAc)2 is a dark green, hydrate is more bluish-green (drying requires a vacuum).
